We're setting the table again! 

Project Unity has partnered with the City of Coppell to bring you Together We Dine™, which provides an opportunity for community members and staff of diverse backgrounds to gather over a meal in a non-judgmental, non-confrontational, and respectful space to have meaningful conversations. This time we’ll discuss civility in community life. 

What does it mean to truly show up for one another? How do we hold space for disagreement while still choosing connection? In a world that often feels more divided than united, civility isn't about agreeing on everything. It’s about how we treat each other when we don't agree. 

This gathering invites us to explore what it looks like to maintain respect, care, and neighborliness in our everyday interactions from the grocery store and community events to social media and across the backyard fence. We recognize that community is not built in a single moment but sustained through the small, consistent choices we make to see and honor one another. 

This conversation isn't about politics or perfection. It's about the kind of community we want to live in and the role each of us plays in keeping it whole. 

You don't want to miss meeting a new neighbor, sharing your story, and discovering what it means to belong to something bigger than ourselves! 

Following an introduction and fellowship, Project Unity facilitators will lead interactive small group discussions to enhance engagement among participants. It is our hope that through Together We Dine™ you will find that what unites us is far greater than what divides us.
